The Maverick is dialed in on things like the textured pivot, stronger spring, and custom washers to make the action silky smooth yet functional in dirty environments. Long story short, the Maverick might look like "just another crossbar lock knife" but they put in countless hours of painstaking attention to every detail like incorporating Richard's signature tri-lobe into the design language while maintaining his clean, simple aesthetic.
